You will practice medicine. Unlike a private solo practice, you will spend the bulk of your time with your patients. Because Molina Medical is a staff model practice, it has built in infrastructure to support you. We provide the billing, collecting and other administrative functions for the physicians.
	You will collect a salary. You also get paid vacation and holidays, 401K, health benefits and more.
	Regular scheduled work hours. You will have a life outside of your practice and be able to have nights and weekends to yourself. Most of our clinics are not open after hours or on the weekends.
	No on call responsibilities. Because Molina Medical contracts with hospitalists to follow our patients while they are in the hospital, you won’t need to. You will not be required to be “on call” for emergency admissions or round on patients in the hospital. In addition, our hospitalists are required to provide follow up information and execute a transition back to you - the primary care physician.
	24/7 Nurse Advice Line is available for your patients who need medical attention immediately.
	Don’t worry about attracting patients to choose you as their provider. As a large practice, Molina Medical provides the marketing and outreach services for the practice.
	Molina Medical has implemented programs to make working at our offices easier. We recently instituted an Electronic Medical Records system making it easier for you to care for your patients by providing realtime access and sharing of patient records. And we also have installed robotic pharmacies in all our locations. This allows for easy and immediate access to necessary medications and increases patient compliance of physician’s treatment plan.
